Logcast is nothing without our creators (or as we call you, our “casters”!). You inspire us. Entertain us. Listen to us. Best of all, you help create spaces for us to express ourselves. That’s why we’re happy to announce the launch of the first Logcast Creator Fund, helping to support and reward our early community of casters.
What is Logcast?
Logcast is a place to build and monetize a thriving audio community. Think of us like the “Instagram of voice”, a social app to share your life in audio, and earn money directly from your biggest supporters. We make the concept of podcasting quick and easy, with one tap you can record your voice and share it with the world. Follow friends, create
groups and record together, or discover new voices and stories that you want to be a part of.
What is the Creator Fund?
The Creator Fund is all about supporting the best and brightest talent on our platform to embrace their talent and help kick-start their career on Logcast. We want to help you do more of what you do best, and our Creator Fund is only the beginning.
Why do we offer a Creator Fund?
We want to give everyone the opportunity regardless of their economic wealth or network to embrace their creative talent. We believe that it’s time for a new era of the creator space, a place where your voice matters, encourages thoughts, conversation and reality. Rather than following current backers or visual advantages. So let’s make a difference!
What’s included in the grant?
We are offering $500 grants to our early creator community, celebrating and supporting our casters for your brilliance, dedication and enthusiasm for helping us build the next generation of social.
But this is only the beginning! We are expecting to take this Creator Fund to the moon.
Want to be one of our first castors to be funded?
There are some criteria to follow in order to be selected:
- You need to have a minimum of 10 followers on Logcast, and;
- Follow at least 20 other people, and;
- Create a Circle and invite at least 10 users to it, and;
- You must have shared a minimum of 10 authentic and original Logs (short podcasts) before March 02, 2022, and;
- Send us an email (emily@logcast.io) with your username to participate.
Who is eligible?
Anyone can apply no matter how long you’ve been using Logcast or where you live. But you must meet certain eligibility requirements.
- You must be at least 18 years old, and;
- You must meet the other participation criteria mentioned above.
Send us an email to emily@logcast.io by March 23, share your Logcast username with us, tell us why you want to be part of the Creator Fund and how you plan to grow your Logcast community with the grant.

Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the promoter refers to Logcast whose Instagram handle is @logcast.io. The “Grant” refers to **Creator Fund Grant** (e.g. one (1) grant worth $500 (US dollar).
- By entering the competition for the Creator Fund you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 12:00 PM EST on March 2nd 2022. Ten (10) castors (Logcast talents) will be selected by talent and fulfilling the criteria by the promoter and the talent will be notified on or after this date.
- The Promoters competitions with entry via Instagram and/or Facebook or email are open to all countries. Ten (10) castors will be chosen from all entrants.
- No purchase necessary. Castors will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
- Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
- Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
- Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
- Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
- Each entrant shall enter the competition via email (emily@logcast.io) by mentioning their Logcast username and the reason why they want to win.
- The Prize will be awarded to a selected castor (Logcast talent) who was hand selected after fulfilling all application criteria. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
- The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
- The name, preferred bank/ transfer details, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and Names will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The castor’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the castor has been selected.
